We’re seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our prestigious kitchen team and elevate our guests’ dining experience. At Dunluce Lodge, we take pride in creating memorable meals that highlight local, Irish, and international food trends, crafted with respect for our valued suppliers and deep-rooted culinary ethos.

  • You will have experience in 5 star or 2-3 rosette kitchens
  • In-depth knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international).
  • A can-do attitude, a love for challenges, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments.
