The role of Pastry Demi Chef De Partie:
- Cooking seasonal and classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients and adhering to recipes, specifications, and standards.
- Preparation and service of food on a designated section.
- Training and supervising Commis chefs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen.

What we’re looking for in a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie:
- Previous experience at Demi Chef level or a Commis Chef ready for progression.
- An interest and knowledge of classical cooking.
- Good communication skills.
