Job Description
Pastry Demi Chef De Partie
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
£29700.00 per annum

Our Pastry Demi Chef De Partie is responsible for the following critical duties:

  • To ensure smooth running of the pastry section you are assigned to and to offer support to other Searcy catering points
  • To assist in any extra functions.
  • To provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.
  • Waste control
  • Any other reasonable request of Senior Management

Qualifications

The successful candidate for the Pastry Demi Chef De Partie position will meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in a comparable role within upscale culinary establishments.
  • Good operational and technical knowledge pertaining to pastry preparation is essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required to ensure seamless coordination within the kitchen and with other departments.
