Description:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking enthusiastic Pathology Aides to join our vibrant Patient Services Team. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Collecting non-blood samples from patients including conducting basic tests such as ECG and Holter Monitoring
- Following strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all samples are accurately labelled
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment, including reception and phone work
- Guiding patients or caregivers on sampling procedures
- Preparing specimens for transportation to the laboratory.
