REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be part of a team that provides billing and collections support to multiple Ramsay Health Care private hospitals. The role is based at The Southport Private Hospital. Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Generation and submission of accounts to patients, health funds and third-party payers.
  • Liaising with Health Funds and Customers.
  • Handling account queries/ Follow up.
  • Maintaining the Aged Trial Balance to required KPIs.
  • Data processing.
