- Prior experience working in a reception/administration role
- Prior experience working in a medical setting desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong attention to details and accuracy with efficient keyboard/typing skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
Responsibilities:
This is the perfect opening for Administration Receptionists to join our Front Office team that is friendly, cohesive and proactive. In this role, you deliver exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors whilst supporting the clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital.
Duties may include but are not limited to;
- Providing care to our clients/patients from admission to discharge
- Engaging and connecting with different medical specialists, administrators, patients, and caregivers
- Co-ordinating medical operations with different concerned teams players
