Role Overview:
The core of the role will revolve around managing a high volume of calls from patients querying appointments, taking payments, issuing correspondence, scanning & filing etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing calls from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionals
- Issuing correspondence to patients
- Assisting with aspects of clinic management
- Managing internal and external email queries
- Working as part of a team
- Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise
Requirements:
- Attention to detail is essential
- Strong understanding of Excel, coupled with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with clients or third parties, i.e secretaries, hospital personnel
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task/be flexible to the needs of the role
- Ability to communicate/report effectively with manager/team members/clients and third parties
- Ability to work to targets
