Our clients include hospital consultants of all specialties, GP’s, clinics, as well as hospitals.
Role Overview:
The core of the role will revolve around managing a high volume of calls from patients querying appointments, taking payments, issuing correspondence, scanning & filing etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing calls from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionals
  • Issuing correspondence to patients
  • Assisting with aspects of clinic management
  • Managing internal and external email queries
  • Working as part of a team
  • Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Strong understanding of Excel, coupled with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable speaking with clients or third parties, i.e secretaries, hospital personnel
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task/be flexible to the needs of the role
  • Ability to communicate/report effectively with manager/team members/clients and third parties
  • Ability to work to targets
