Description:
DESCRIPTION
The Admissions Coordinator supports admissions to the facility, in-house transfers and discharge processing for the Skilled Nursing, TCU and Assisted Living programs. Works in a team-based setting to work collaboratively with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, referral agencies, discharge planners, social workers, and in-house staff to achieve budgeted census levels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two or more years of experience in long term care, clinical case management and admissions is required.
- Two or more years of experience in a business development or sales environment is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Business, Marketing or Human Services
