KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Evidence of accurate documentation and escalation to RN for abnormal readings
2. Number of non-compliance in proper identification of patients
3. Evidence of participation in patient care
4. Compliance with “5 Moments for Hand Hygiene” and adhere to Infection Control policies
5. Protect personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use and disclosure
6. Provision of correct information to patient in scan preparation
7. Evidence of incidents report
8. Number of wrong registration and appointment done Complete, thorough and consistent handover of patients

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

a. Minimum GCE “N” level or equivalent and/or higher
b. Nitec/WSQ Certificate or Relevant Nursing / Healthcare support certificate preferre
