Description:
Job Title & Specialty Area: Patient Care Clark
Department: Food Services
Location: Plano, TX
Shift: 1 day 6am-8:30 pm, 2days 7am-8:30 pm per week and rotating weekend plus holidays
Job Type: On-Site
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year related experience preferred
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patient trays according to specified diet order (includes condiments, cold and hot items)
- Prepare patient meal trays to follow quality, presentation, item placement, and patient meal tray accuracy.
- Deliver completed patient meal orders to patient rooms in a timely manner to meet department expectations; Following all required protocols including isolation and hand hygiene.
- Navigate through multiple information systems simultaneously (CBORD and Tray Monitor)
- Check diet discrepancies in diet order if prompted by Tray Monitor or CBORD.
- Prepare condiments or cold items as needed.
