Home Care based in UAE is looking for a dedicated and committed home care patient or case coordinator.

A home care patient coordinator must manage and coordinate patient visits, matching the schedule with staff availability and suitability. Your responsibilities in this job may also include handling the concerns of clients and responding to calls. Candidate act as the point-of-contact between caregivers and families, making outstanding interpersonal skills imperative. You will do patient visits to know staff , patient and family concerns and may also monitor and document care issues. Candidate must have also a thorough knowledge using electronic health record data, so she should have experience with these programs. Candidates should also show proficiency in business applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word. Work as a home care scheduler is usually full-time, and candidate may have on-call hours as well.

• Preferably, candidates who have done patient and case coordination in a previous job. Qualifications for a career as a home care patient /case coordinator include experience in an office setting or direct patient care. You should have an impeccable work ethic and be able to pass a background check. Since the duties are variable, flexibility and excellent organizational skills are desirable.
