Description:
At Allucent™, we are dedicated to helping small-medium biopharmaceutical companies efficiently navigate the complex world of clinical trials to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need across the globe.
We are looking for a Patient Engagement Associate to join our A-team (hybrid*/remote). As a Patient Engagement Associate at Allucent, you are responsible for supporting the Patient Engagement team, with the planning, development and execution of patient recruitment and engagement strategies appropriate to the awarded study needs.
Additionally, the Patient Engagement Associate may support development of study specific branded patient and site facing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Support Patient Engagement team, in the preparation of presentation materials for Kick Off Meetings, Study Team Meetings, etc., as needed
- Provide support for Kick-Off Meetings and project meetings to support recruitment and retention discussions, as needed
- Assist in the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention activities, including the management of vendors, the development and review of materials, and media campaigns
- Collect and organize recruitment metrics from sites, vendors, and internal teams
- Track IRB/EC submission, translations, and material production and distribution
- Work effectively across cross-functional within the Clinical Trial Organization,
- Support Patient Engagement teams’ in-house material development activities by designing study specific patient and site engagement materials in line with study needs, patient population and study scope. Such design work will include, but not limited to, both patient and site facing educational, communication materials and study newsletters. Such activities may extend to full study branding, if required and in scope.
