Responsibilities:

As a Patient Engagement Manager you will support the Sanofi Specialty Care business unit in becoming the externally focused and patient centric leader. You strategise, drive, and execute patient engagement activities with the aim to optimize patients’ access to Sanofi’s therapies. You will be working together with Public Affairs, Medical, and marketing teams using a cross-functional approach. This roll has a focus on our priority digital assets through which you enhance our engagement with patient groups and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate the development and implementation of our digital assets for patient engagement
  • Content creation where necessary in collaboration with PAGs to optimally engage with patients online
  • Overall Social Media strategy for patient engagement
  • Reporting on websites performance (SEO/SEA, analytics reporting digital assets)
  • Partner with PAGs and HCPs to build long-term relationships and drive co-creation projects on the level of education, diagnosis, monitoring and (home care) treatment, which contribute to improved patient care
  • Manage PSPs (patient support programmes)
  • Adhere to the policies, standard operating procedures, and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics, and business integrity.
  • Continuously stretch oneself to improve, simplify and prioritize within one’s area of influence with a focus on adding value
