Description:
We have a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate, professional, and dedicated team that is focused on creating a positive journey for all patients seen within our service.
The work is fast-paced and challenging but very rewarding. Your experienced colleagues will provide you with a robust training program that will help you build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become a successful Patient Pathway Coordinator.
We believe that work should be a great place for everyone, and we will support your continuing personal development with regular one-on-one meetings and an annual appraisal, ensuring you are guided to all available training courses and support.
We offer a range of exciting benefits, including health and wellbeing initiatives, annual leave, flexible working options, and much more.
You will be the main point of contact for patients throughout their pathway of care. The post holder will work under the direction of their Senior Patient Pathway Coordinator and will provide expertise in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly and in a timely manner. The post holder will provide a range of administrative support services to the specialty Consultant Team, but, most importantly, you will need to bring with you passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to dive right in!
From Day 1, you’ll be communicating with individuals both internally and externally at all levels; you will need to do so with confidence and integrity while embodying our culture and our care values.
It is imperative that the successful candidate can always maintain complete confidentiality on all people-related matters.
In return, we can offer you a truly rewarding career in healthcare, filled with dynamic people just like you who are on a mission to make a difference and deliver something truly amazing.
Thank you for your interest in this role.
