Patient Pathway Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our Diabetes and Endocrine department at Kings Mill Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team that takes pride in patient care.
As a Patient Pathway Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Osteoporosis Specialist Nurses. Our team delivers Bone Mineral Density Scans and Outpatient Treatments to patients in the surrounding area.
General administrative tasks, including receiving and managing incoming post and referrals, and distributing them to Consultants and nurses.
Handling phone calls, emails, and face-to-face queries from patients and colleagues.
Managing the Patient Tracking List to ensure all patients are treated in a timely manner, adhering to National Operating Standards.
Booking patient appointments.
Audio typing.
Managing consultant diaries and annual leave, and cancelling clinics when needed
