Description:
DSFS have exciting opportunities have for the right candidates to join our busy Patient Records team.
The Patient Records department has a large team supporting the hospital in the delivery and storage of case notes within the hospital settings.
As part of the team you will be responsible for delivering a timely and efficient service to all client utilising the service both internal and external to the hospital.
The working hours are 8.30 - 17.00 Monday-Friday

Preparing case notes for clinic appointment around the hospital base
Ensuring all clinics are prepared and ready for appointments, delivering them to the appropriate clinic areas around the hospital in advance of the appointment
Supporting the rest of the clinic preparation team to achieve the same objective as and when required.
Retrieve case notes from the Patient Records Library and around the Hospital
Responsible for Data input onto the Patient Administration System whilst adhering to patient confidentiality and Information Governance policy.
File patient case notes in terminal digit order in the Library.
Responsible for the movement of case notes between various storage areas in order to comply with the retention/destruction policy.
Responsible for the maintenance of and the updating of the case note tracking system
