Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Medical Relationship Manager, you will be expected to deliver friendly customer service as well as to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all the patients, with the main aim to excel in providing good patient care.
REQUIREMENTS
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage as the role requires the candidate to communicate with international clients.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Clinic Operations Manager
- Registering and scheduling appointments for patients
- Managing email, phone and upfront enquiries from patients
- Providing chaperone assistance to patients
- Assisting doctors with simple procedures
- Providing patient education and financial counselling
- Preparing and dispensing medications
- Performing cashiering duties and daily settlements
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
