Patient Service Associate

Our client runs a chain of dialysis facilities in Singapore. They are seeking to hire a Patient Service Associate for their facility at Outram, to provide frontline patient services and non-clinical administrative duties to support Clinic and HQ (relevant) personnel.

REQUIREMENTS FROM CANDIDATES

• Min. NITEC qualifications, ’O’ Level graduate with relevant working experience with transferable skills and right attitude will be considered.
• Prior experience in a similar healthcare capacity or administrative/frontline role will be advantageous
• Meticulous in numbers and Excel with strong administration, coordination and organisational skills. SAP experience will be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Mother tongue. Competency in Mandarin will be advantageous.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
