Patient Service Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage appointments and provide excellent patient care
• Attend to queries from call-in patients
• Manage and fill up appointment schedules
• Payment collection from patients
• Follow up care-calls to patients before and after procedures
• Submit claims and keep proper records (eg. Insurance claims)
• Maintenance of clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Other clinical duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"N"/"O” Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• People-oriented, positive disposition, cheerful
• Good team player who is patient, organised, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable)
• 5-day work week
• Able to work evenings until 9pm (Shift work during clinic operating hours)
• IT literate
• Required language(s): English, Chinese
