Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle client registration and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls and respond to clients’ queries courteously.
  • Prepare outpatient appointment cards and process registrations accurately.
  • Assist in resolving various situations at the registration counter to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process, check, correct, and archive medical records, systems, and acupuncture consent forms.
  • Be responsible for managing Jing Si products and liaise with the Jing Si team on related matters.
  • Support/backup volunteers on replenishing medical supplies in consultation rooms.
  • Analyze and prepare the monthly outpatient data report for the supervisor.
  • Assist with general housekeeping and related operational matters to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to learn, organized, proactive, diligent, meticulous, and capable of multitasking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (e.g., co-workers, volunteers).
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and demonstrate respect

for confidentiality.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (added advantage).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese in speaking and writing, as need to communicate with non-English speaking senior citizen.
  • Possess at least O-Level education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
