REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proactive in addressing patients’ needs, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and achieve organizational goals.

• Facilitating appointments with doctors and coordinating associated diagnostic services for patients and their families.
• Assisting patients with registration, billing, and handling inquiries related to insurance claims.
• Verifying and accurately recording patients’ information in the Clinic’s system.
• Providing guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure smooth processing of claims.
