Description:
SHARON CARDIOLOGY IS SEEKING A PATIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST TO JOIN A BUSY PRACTICE WITH LARGE INCOMING CALL VOLUME.
Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities include greeting patients and registering patients for their appointments. Answering and triaging phone calls to the appropriate staff member.
This is a full-time day shift position, with no weekends or holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, multi-tasker who has excellent customer service skills and is able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Previous receptionist/secretary experience is preferred.
- Understanding of medical terminology and experience in the medical field is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Clearances as required by Federal and State law.
