Spire Claremont Hospital are looking for an experienced and dedicated administrator to join their Bank on a flexible working basis and will cover various departments within the hospital.
This role is a Bank position and therefore the successful candidate would be required for covering sickness, annual leave and other cover for business needs. This role would be ideal for those looking for flexible working patterns.
Acting as a Spire Ambassador, as Patient Services Administrator you will be delivering a high quality patient experience to the private enquiry process, demonstrating Spire behaviours across each transaction

Responsibilities:

  • Taking primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking and storage of all medical records for the hospital
  • Preparing medical records prior to outpatient clinics, and the effective transportation of those records to the relevant department(s), inclusive of filing upon completion
  • Ensuring a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, due to the high volume of appointments the hospital manages on a daily basis.
