We are looking for a Patient Services Administrator to join our team, who is experienced in a customer service focused environment with excellent communication skills. As a team player you will be able to multitask with attention to detail and be flexible. You will have excellent IT skills with proven knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and word.
You will meet and greet all our visitors, ensuring the smooth running of the reception with patient’s journeys as your top priority, excellent customer service is essential in this role.
The Patient Services team will deal with patient enquiries, appointments and bookings with the highest standard of attention to detail and customer focus.
