Responsibilities:
- To ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
- To manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and /or situations.
- To handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
- To ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
- To prepare standard and adhoc reports as requested and required by the department.
- To provide clinic support, including but not limited to:
- The provision of professional patient and consultant liaisons.
- Appointment bookings and changes.
- Co-ordination of room /consultant availability.
- Consultant/GP partnerships.
- Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs.
