Description:
Job Description: Castle Partnership is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for providing excellent patient care and managing administrative tasks within our practice. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar using our online triage system, Footfall. Verify patient information and ensure accurate record-keeping using SystmOne (experience with this system is desirable). Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice. Collect and record patient information as required.
Opportunities for Development: In addition to the main duties, we offer opportunities for professional growth in areas such as prescription clerking, clinical coding, and phlebotomy, should you be interested in expanding your skills. Additionally, training for roles such as Wellbeing Champion and Domestic Abuse Champion is available for those who wish to take on these responsibilities. Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on kindness and empathy.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems; experience with SystmOne is a plus. A genuine passion for patient care and a willingness to be a team player
