Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a problem-solving wizard with a passion for ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced call centre environment? We’re seeking a proactive individual to join our Switch Team. If you’re ready to take on a diverse range of responsibilities and excel in managing urgent queries, device management, failed deliveries, and more, we want to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Switch Team Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations and resolving complex issues that arise in patient care coordination. You’ll work closely with the Call Centre Patient Care Coordinators to tackle urgent queries, manage device inventory, arrange special delivery details (SDD), and maintain data integrity through meticulous cleansing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Urgent Queries Management: Handle urgent patient queries promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution and patient satisfaction.
  • Device Management (PPC): Oversee the inventory and distribution of patient devices, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.
  • SDD Arrangements: Coordinate special delivery arrangements for patients, including same-day deliveries and holiday schedules.
  • Failed Deliveries: Investigate and address failed delivery instances, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken to minimize patient inconvenience.
  • Data Cleansing: Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits and cleansing processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Managing the Shared Inbox: Monitor and manage the shared inbox efficiently, prioritizing and addressing incoming queries and requests.
