Description:
DESCRIPTION
Handles all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner; transfers calls to appropriate person(s) within the clinic or takes detailed messages. Schedules patient appointments in-person at the reception desk or over the telephone. Also provides training, orientation and education of staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year - Customer service experience involving a high volume telephone environment and extensive computer usage/experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ambulatory clinic experience.
