Our store is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest member.
You will play a critical role within Factory Optical by delivering world-class service to our patients. As our newest Patient Service Specialist you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our customers in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
This position is a full-time, permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting patients as they enter our store
  • Checking patients both in and out of the office
  • Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
  • Administering pre-testing services
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
