SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Patient Triage Specialist is a position within the Sales Support department at HR HealthCare. This position is responsible for effectively processing new and existing patient prescription orders. In addition, this position offers an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop the necessary skills and experience for a successful transition into future roles within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required, with preferred experience in Patient Care Administration
• Previous experience in medical records preferred
• Strong team contributor who displays excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail
• Organized scheduling to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Customer focused, results driven, action oriented and strong work ethic

• Process daily prescription orders from established referral sources;
• Coordinate and collaborate with the HomeCare Urology Sales team to maintain structured visibility to each order;
• Engage with patients to learn their specific product needs, and execute follow-up activities to ensure that the solution has been effective;
• Thorough record keeping to have consistency and accuracy;
• Help support with sampling fulfilment for patients, as needed;
• Gain a thorough understanding of each product category and utilize that knowledge to assist with product requests;
• Become proficient with HR HealthCare’s technology platforms (Microsoft Teams, CRM, PowerBI, and Sales Team Power apps);
• Support customer service team with handling inbound phone calls and other customer service-related functions;
• Engage in other relevant projects and tasks as assigned
