JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re in search of a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise across multiple channels, particularly Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GetApp, Capterra, and SourceForge. The ideal candidate will be an absolute badass at driving results across these platforms, with a particular emphasis on Google Ads.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and demonstrated expertise across Facebook Ads, GetApp, Capterra, and SourceForge.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, as well as familiarity with other advertising platforms such as GetApp, Capterra, and SourceForge.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for campgrounds and RV parks.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GetApp, Capterra, and SourceForge, including campaign setup, ad creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance data across all channels to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align multi-channel campaigns with broader marketing objectives and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new features, and best practices across all advertising platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.
- Proactively explore and test new advertising channels and tactics to expand our digital advertising reach and effectiveness.
