We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership within the Global Treasury Management (GTM) organization to support our new Payables Product team within our Global Treasury Management business. This role will play a crucial function in driving revenue growth, analyzing portfolio performance, developing product strategy, guiding delivery of roadmap items, ensuring proper management of risk issues and events, and communication of the broader Payables Product vision to the Global Treasury Management, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking organizations. This role will report directly to the Head of Payables Product.

In this role, you will:

  • Guide the strategy, proposition, P&L, risk & compliance objectives, and go-to-market activities across the Payable suite of products, servicing a broad range of clients.
  • Hold accountable a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve the team’s objectives.
  • Support end-to-end Product ownership including pricing and portfolio profitability, risk events and issues, customer escalations, roadmap backlog prioritization, product collaterals, etc. for the Payables portfolio of products.
  • Develop and execute the Payables product vision to drive revenue growth and expand share of client wallets within Global Treasury Mangement’s payables suite of products.
  • Work closely with other members of the Payables team, broader Global Treasury Mangement Product team, and Product Solution Specialist team to support delivery of Product strategy, P&L and roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Payables Product team, Payables Platform team, Digital Channels Product team, Technology and Operations to deliver on roadmap items.
  • Support thought leadership content that is relevant for our clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
  • In partnership with the Global Treasury Management Product Solution Specialist and Sales organization, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risk within the Product & Sales functions.
  • Cultivate the Payables product team into a team of deep product subject matter experts that understand our client’s problems and can articulate solutions.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Pay Range:

  • New York, New York: $138,500.00 - $287,600.00 Annually
  • Charlotte, North Carolina: $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • Minneapolis, Minnesota: $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • Tampa, Florida: $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • Dallas, Texas : $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annually
  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
