Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You’ll be defining and suggesting ways of optimizing payment KPIs
  • You will be providing data insights into how our merchant base can improve their performance
  • You will be building and maintaining dashboards of the GTM team performance KPIs
  • You will be improving the real-time performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and alerting systems
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Product, and Data Engineering teams to encapsulate new data streams and optimize the data process

YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

  • You have great knowledge of SQL
  • You can balance technical acumen with business understanding and excel in collaborating with stakeholders to drive insightful, robust analyses.
  • You can efficiently manage projects and successfully collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • You have strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication in English, with a curious, creative and self-starter mindset. You couple your passion for data with pragmatism to drive actions and impact.
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker and other with data visualization tools is a plus
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives with a strong emphasis on data, providing actionable insights, and tracking the success of those initiatives
  • You are able to communicate complex problems in a simple and relevant manner at all levels
  • You are passionate about new technologies and innovations within Fintech
  • Experience in payments is highly desirable
