Salary: £30,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: Full-Time (basic hours 09:00 to 17:30 / 10:00 to 18:30)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the Payments Analyst will play a pivotal role in assisting with the smooth running of the company’s Faster Processing product (refer to www.fasterprocessing.com). The key activities relating to the role are as follows:
1. The set-up of new customers on the Faster Processing system;
2. Monitoring the Faster Processing platform to ensure all systems are working as expected;
3. Ensure an exemplary service is provided to existing customers of the Faster Processing solution.
The Payments Analyst will also assist in ensuring all financial transactions are fully reconciled, processed, and funded on a daily basis and will gain a unique insight into our operational and financial processes.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Monitor system triggers to safeguard the timely issue of all payments due
- Monitor internal systems to ensure they are running as expected
- Daily reconciliation of payments received versus payment issued
- Review account set-up to ensure new customers’ experience is in line with expectation
- Monitor daily and hourly reporting to make sure statements are issued correctly
- Run and monitor various internal controls to ensure operational processes are completed correctly with no impact on the company, clients, or funding
- Providing timely feedback and/or escalating any settlement issues
- Monitoring and maintaining customer data
- Monitor any financial exposures the company faces
