As the Payment & Settlements Assistant at Xe, you will be an important part of our currency exchange team, helping us accomplish our goal of becoming the world’s most trusted currency exchange service. You will work with a team of experts who share a passion for developing and delivering outstanding currency services to our customers. Your work will be important in ensuring the smooth settlement and processing of our clients’ transactions across the world.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in finance, banking, or a related field
  • Experience with payments and settlements, preferably in a foreign currency exchange or banking environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and timely data entry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team
  • Ability to analyze complex payment and settlement data
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in processing payments, reconciling invoices and maintaining accurate records of transactions
  • Interact with clients and banks to resolve settlement queries
  • Assist with the successful execution of payment processes with other corporate teams and vendors
  • Assist with the development of the company’s payment policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all payment and settlement related reports for management review
  • Monitor and report on all payment and settlement related errors and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
