Responsibilities:

KEYS TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE

  • Previous experience in leading people as a line manager or leading virtual / project teams
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, bank & financial items accounting principles and global cash management processes
  • Knowledge of global cash management i.e. but not limited batch & manual payment processes, bank post processing, bank statement monitoring and fund transfers operations
  • Courage to drive change, develop and deploy new ways of workings and operational service delivery models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, virtually and in person
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish
  • Applicable education, e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or business administration

  • Overseeing, developing and communicating processes performance KPIs and targets to internal & external stakeholders

  • Driving automated and scalable payments operations to all group entitie
