Responsibilities:
KEYS TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
- Previous experience in leading people as a line manager or leading virtual / project teams
- Knowledge of SAP ERP, bank & financial items accounting principles and global cash management processes
- Knowledge of global cash management i.e. but not limited batch & manual payment processes, bank post processing, bank statement monitoring and fund transfers operations
- Courage to drive change, develop and deploy new ways of workings and operational service delivery models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, virtually and in person
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish
- Applicable education, e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or business administration
