This is an exciting opportunity to join JPMorgan and become one of Payments Operations Business Resiliency team member.
As a Business Resiliency Senior Associate within Payment Operations team you will ensure all resiliency planning elements are completed with Firm Wide policy and strategies are appropriate to support the business during a disruptive event to recover effectively.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proven experience in effective escalation
- Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stakeholders
- Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Payments, Liquidity, Sanctions, Cash Account Management, Fraud, Risk and Controls
- Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required
- Ability to troubleshoot and strong analytical skills required
- Create executive presentations (both individual slides and structured presentations)
- Effective change management skills: Ability to support & adapt within a changing environment
- Ability to lead and work independentl
Responsibilities:
- Coordination, facilitation, and execution of simulation testing and critical asset testing
- Ensure all resiliency planning elements are completed in accordance with Firm Wide policy and strategies are appropriate to support the business during a disruptive event to recover effectively
- Coordinate regulatory, audit and compliance responses, examinations, initiatives, remediation activity
- Maintain evergreen process and procedures (e.g. maintain list of business-critical payments, regular revalidation of cross LOB communication map)
- Collaborate with cross LOB partners for consistency of business impact assessment
- Project manage specified deliverables
- Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks
- Advance the automation of Command Center functions
- Oversight of risks, issues & concentration/capacity gaps in strategies
- Understand internal / external dependencies & their risks/gaps
- Provides oversight and management for Resolution & Recovery – Payments Critical Operation (CO). Support provided includes analysis and reconciliation of Appendix data on a BAU basis (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually) for the JPMCB Resolution Plan, in partnership with Operations, Technology, Product and Finance partners.
