Responsibilities:

  • The ability to dial up engagement activities through planning and design-of-change, considering the varying impacts on people, and planning change actions to engage people meaningfully. A keener focus on the business change over the technical change

  • Understanding the nuances of payment methods and channels, and supporting different payment vendors for different channels and types of payments
  • Learning and Development
  • Creating opportunities for people to come together and share knowledge and experience, and leveraging agile coaches to provide real-time hands-on support

  • Managing operational business risk and resilience, understanding the financial and budgetary impact, and coordinating vendor
  • Technology and Architecture
