Right now, we are looking for a Payroll Accounting Analyst to join our team at Globant in Bogota, Colombia!
The position requires to work with the Corporate Payroll team, which is part of the Finance team, in order to analyze, study, control and improve the different processes and systems of the area. This include to work closely on the HR module from SAP with the system development team. The position will be responsible to work across the regions where Globant has employees (worldwide).

- Study, review, control, improve and document the Corporate Payroll processes in order to standardize them in the different regions.
- Develop automatization and improvements across the CP team to reduce manual work working together with the development system team.
- Support and get actively involved in corrections and improvements in SAP (HR Module) for the team (e.g. SAP Notes).
- Provide training related to the system to the new hires.
Actively involved in complying with monthly closing schedules assuring the correct system function.Coordinate and address timely requests with the CP team from external and internal auditor and ensure compliance with SOX internal controls.

- Preferably have experience in an international accounting firm or in multinational companies.
