MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Payroll Administration
  • First point of contact for payroll queries
  • Updating Kronos with Exceptions
  • Input weekly rosters into Kronos
  • Onboarding and offboarding to rostering and further systems
  • Leave allocation and sending allocation spreadsheet to supervisors
  • Maintaining return to work documentation
  • Monitoring attendance patterns
  • Review roster allocation from Sydney to check total hours, review vacancies and check training
  • Produce various reports for GM, Department Manager, HR and Supervisors
  • Processing and monitoring of training hours
  • Process reimbursements as required
  • Produce finance reports for the Finance Department and Airlines
  • General administration duties
  • Preparation & maintenance of staff rostering and resource planning in accordance with airline schedules
  • Ensure staff adhere to their rosters and cover any leave and absences
  • Manage staff leave requests and allocation for the Ramp department
  • Manage cancellations and communicate roster changes to affected parties
  • Assist with financial and accounts processing
  • Additional duties as requested by Management
  • Liaising with training department on training schedules
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate staff coverage for flights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and requirements
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested, including:
    Plan and maintain annual leave
    Ordering stock and uniform
    Maintaining administration documentation and files
    Filing
    Maintaining ‘attendance and leave’ tracker
