Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Payroll Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of payroll, administrative, and financial functions during a leave period. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. Comprehensive training and a clear handover process will be provided to ensure you feel confident and equipped to succeed in the role.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

· Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with Irish payroll regulations.
· Proficiency in the Revenue Online System (ROS) for RCT submissions.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
· Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage 50) or equivalent systems is beneficial.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

· Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees, contractors, and management.
· A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

· Exceptional attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in payroll, invoices, and administrative tasks.
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE

· Previous experience in payroll preparation is essential.
· Experience with international payroll processes is a plus.
