Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Payroll Data Administrator who will be responsible for providing Employee master data administration, benefits administration and compensation administration while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain data with a high level of accuracy for the Payroll programs
- Create and maintain payroll system master and supplemental data including job and benefit plan records
- Enter and edit data related to new hires, employee remuneration enrollment, terminations, job changes, internal transfers/promotions, salary and personal information changes
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the accurate and consistent operation of the Employee Master File
- Create and maintain Payroll Department process documentation for both Employee Master File and varied payroll processes
- Update additions and terminations to related external companies.
- Adhere to audit controls with respect to proper authorization of all Employee and Payroll Master File updates
To be successful in this role applicants must have the following:
- One to two years’ experience working in a Data Base environment in a payroll team
- Previous experience or training working with an HRIS system is preferred
- UKG Kronos / JD Edwards experience will be highly regarded
