JOB DESCRIPTION
Pepkor Speciality is seeking a dynamic Graduate who has recently completed a Btech/Advanced Diploma to work closely with the Human Resource team for 12 months to gain workplace experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Human Resources (minimum NQF 7 qualification is essential)
- Must have completed and graduated with relevant tertiary qualification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must not be a beneficiary of any SETA funded programme
- Passion for numbers and reconciliation

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the prep and processing of payroll, including calculations, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including salaries, benefits and tax information
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve payroll -related issues and discrepancies
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
