DESCRIPTION

One of our leading Cork firms seek a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team responsible for processing end-to-end payrolls and ensuring accuracy and efficiency for a broad range of clients. Key responsibilities will include:

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have some experience in payroll administration, preferably within a professional services environment, however we’re open to candidates from various industries. Strong computer literacy and numerical skills, with experience using payroll software.

Responsibilities:

Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a broad range of clients ensuring strong collaboration, accuracy of information and compliance with Irish payroll rules.
Processing employee information, tax data and other documentation.
Overseeing employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions.
Addressing and resolving client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
Staying informed of Irish payroll regulations, tax laws and statutory requirements.
Ensure all payroll activities align with legal standards
Maintaining meticulous records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a full audit trail of input.
