Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Mesa, Arizona for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. The role involves maintaining payroll systems, processing paychecks, and providing technical support for HRIS users in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate timesheet information and enter data into payroll databases.
  • Calculate paycheck amounts and distribute funds to employee accounts.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Identify system improvements and enhancements and implement solutions.
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Process employee data like leaves and benefits.
  • Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases.
  • Create new accounts and manage access permissions.
  • Train system users on functionalities and new features.
  • Update employee records with new hire information.
  • Troubleshoot and report technical issues.
  • Develop data processing guidelines.
  • MUST Have experience with NEW version of UKG

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role

  • Proficiency in accounting software systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with Ceridian and Crystal Reports
  • Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
  • Knowledge of About Time software
  • Ability to handle accounting functions
  • Auditing skills are a must
  • Expertise in benefit functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
