Hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Location: Wellington House, 120 Wellington Road, Dudley, DY1 1UB
MUST HAVE SAGE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of payroll / finance regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Select Healthcare Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
Utilise accounting software to process payroll for employees.
Collaborate with Care Homes to ensure accurate employee data.
Analyse payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Support the processing of monthly and four weekly payrolls.
Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll.
Familiarity with SAGE Payroll software to maintain employee records accurately.
Proficiency in software such as Excel and Word.
Deal with any staff queries that may arise
