NOTE: This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in the office. With offices in various global locations, we are currently looking for candidates located close to our offices in either Alcester (UK) or Rotterdam (the Netherlands).

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll processes for employees in Europe, the UK and the Asia Pacific region;
- Ensuring payroll is submitted accurately and on time;
- Performing all year-end tasks;
- Preparing reports related to payroll and payroll related expenses;
- Reconciling absence-related data with payroll records;
- Preparing and submitting remittances and other government-related payroll and tax requirements;
- Ensuring payroll processes align to local employment legislation, company policies & practices, and the requirements of our various payroll vendors;
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries;
- Establishing payroll processes and practices, including the management of payroll-related data transfer to our HRIS;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and compliance with government regulations and changes to employment laws;
- Supporting the planning and implementation of payroll systems to support growth and process efficiency;
- Providing support to the HR team in the research, development and implementation of global and regional employment-related policies and programs.
ABOUT YOU:
- You ideally have a diploma/certificate in payroll, finance, or accounting and are a qualified payroll practitioner (E.g., GPMI, CPP, PDL, CPM, PCP, etc.);
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in processing international payroll and / or international employment policy administration; (EMEA and APAC preferred);
- You have excellent organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail;
- You are proficient with payroll software, Microsoft products, particularly Excel (pivot tables and v lookups);
- You ideally have some experience working with ADP, BambooHR and/or equivalent payroll and HRIS systems;
- You maintain sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of integrity;
- You are proficient in English (verbal & written communications), but other languages would be an asset (particularly Dutch, French and/or Spanish);
- You are eager to learn new things, continuously looking for ways to create efficiencies;
- You are comfortable working alone, but you are also enjoy collaborating with others in a team environment;
- You are willing to work flexible hours, as needed, to accommodate time zone differences;You must be prepared to work out of the office for 2 days per week and the other 3 days from your home address.
