Job Description
Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business.
Overview
The role of the Analyst is to effectively process the European payrolls for the EMEA region which consists of the UK, Germany, Luxembourg and Spain payrolls as well as working closely with the wider HRS, finance and equity teams. The role will also work on wider benefits project alongside payroll. The ideal candidate will be someone that thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment, where your positive ‘can do’, entrepreneurial approach will be essential.
The Human Resources (HR) team consists of 3 key streams: HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and Talent Attraction. The Analyst will be part of the HR Operations team providing administrative support for the region’s various payroll and benefits activities.
