Payroll Analyst - 12 Month Contract

As a Payroll Analyst you will:
- Reviewing payroll output reports for approval and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborating with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to close out the monthly payroll process promptly.
- Issuing payroll payments to employees and statutory authorities within specified deadlines.
- Preparing payroll-related accounting and accrual entries for input to the finance system.
- Completing monthly payroll accounting balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis and responding to Accounting queries.
- Providing knowledgeable advice to employee and stakeholder queries.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for the business as requested.
- Working with internal and external audit teams to resolve auditor requests.
- Assisting with various payroll projects aimed at continuous improvement.
We’re excited about you if you have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced multi-country payroll environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & G-Suite.
- Experience with NetSuite, Payslip and Workday is a plus.
- Previous experience partnering with an external payroll service provider is preferred.
- Proactive nature with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate.
- High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
